The Glorious Resurrection of Our Lord
Meanwhile
Mary stayed outside near the tomb, weeping. Then still weeping, she
stopped to look inside, and saw two angels in white sitting where
the body of Jesus had been, one at the head, the other at the feet.
They said, 'Woman, why are you weeping?' 'They have taken my Lord
away' she replied ' and I don't know where they have put him.' As
she said this she turned round and saw Jesus standing there, though
she did not recognise him. Jesus said 'Woman, why are you weeping?'
Who are you looking for?' Supposing him to be the gardener, she said,
'Sir, if you have taken him away, tell me where you have put him,
and I will go and remove him.' Jesus said, 'Mary!' She knew him then
and said to him in Hebrew, 'Rabbuni!' which means Master. Jesus said
to her, 'Do not cling to me, because I have not yet ascended to the
Father. But go and find the brothers, and tell them: I am ascending
to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' So Mary of
Magdala went and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord and
he had said these things to her.

The Ascension of Our Lord
Then
he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his
hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them
and was carried up to heaven. They worshipped him and then went back
to Jerusalem full of joy; and they were continually in the Temple praising
God.

The Decent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost
When
Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly
there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the
entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to tongues
as of fire; these separated and came to rest of the head of each of
them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak
different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.

The Assumption of Mary into Heaven
I
will tell you something that has been secret: that we are not all going
to die, but we shall all be changed, This will be instantaneous, in
the twinkling of an eye, when the last trumpet sounds. It will sound,
and the dead will be raised, imperishable, and we shall be changed
as well, because our present perishable nature must put on imperishability
and this mortal nature must put on immortality. When this perishable
nature has put on imperishability, and when this mortal nature has
put on immortality, then the words of scripture will come true: Death
is swallowed up in victory. Death, where is your victory? Death, where
is your sting? Now the sting of death is sin, and sin gets it's power
from the Law. So let us thank God for giving us the victory through
our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth
After
that I saw a huge number, impossible to count, of people from every nation,
race, tribe and language; they were standing in front of the throne and
in front of the Lamb, dressed in white robes holding palms in their hands.
They shouted aloud, 'Victory to our God, who sits on the throne, and
to the Lamb!' And all the angels who were standing in a circle around
the throne, surrounding the elders and the four animals, prostrated themselves
before the throne, and touched the ground with their foreheads, worshipping
God with these words, 'Amen. Praise and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving
and honour and power and strength to our God for ever and ever. Amen.
